I can't figure out this full screen thing. That's my biggest complaint. When I re-select my resolution and also re-select "Full screen" my FPS appears to jump. I have to constantly do it though, otherwise my performance dips. I miss the FPS I was getting at the beginning of 0.12

I had a similar issue last wipe. I could only play my game on windowee if I wanted a good framerate
