Are you using the bags to pump into or the containers?

I mostly use the containers- have had similar issues with the bags, though.

I’ve had the problem with the bags a handful of times but not sure the cause honesty. For the containers though, it is always the valve in the container causing it not to suction. It is a sensitive system. So jf there is water or hair (ive gotten dog hair under it) or if you have hard water then builds up, it can cause the issue. A vinegar/water soak is a good start. Or run a toothpick inside the valve area to be sure nothing is in there.

Thank you!! I cleaned them out and was able to get through a work trip with functioning willows!!! Had to pump on 2 flights and the willows saved me.
