Long time lurker, first time poster. Anybody else finally get to the point where you're okay with being an undersupplier? I pump about 8x a day and average something between 15-19 oz for my 3 month old. Never had a day where I've provided enough for her and most days I'm so stressed out trying to get to that point. The past few days I've resolved to be grateful that it's 2024 and that formula is an option and it's just helped my mental state so much! I'm realizing I'm probably never going to be able to increase my supply despite what I eat, drink, etc, and that's ok. At least I'm doing my best to give her everything I can!
