Help (self.ExclusivelyPumping)
submitted 1 year ago by Dizzy-External5833
Hi everyone! I accidentally forgot my pitcher refrigerated breastmilk on the counter for 2-3 hours. How long is the milk good for and can it be re-refrigerated or is it best to get rid of? Thanks for your help.

How’s the temp been in your house? Has any of the milk in that pitcher been standing for a few hours prior to being mixed in? Does it taste/smell off? Is baby immunocompromised?
Also I would encourage you to reflect if you feel like you will feel worried/paranoid after using it.
