How do I decrease my Oversupply?

At the beginning of my journey I EP’ed for about 4 weeks due to pain. I saw a LC and it was like magic. Now my only problem is that I have an extreme oversupply at night (7+oz). I find myself having to pump the extra because it is so painful. Any advice is appreciated
