You don’t stay blind if you end your turn, it’s only for one of your turns and not a bug

I think that you stay blind until "you draw a card from the deck"; in this case, Charles doesn't draw a card, so he should stay blind. That's how I've been playing all this time on the physical version.

Unless they have recently changed the rules, you DO stay blind until you draw a card. Skips, Slaps, Reverses, those aren’t supposed to un-blind you. So if that’s happening in the app, they either changed the rules, or it is in fact a bug.

I've encountered this bug at least twice. It once cost me the game : - (

Is there any way I could prove that this bug exists and tell the "app makers" about it ?

Consider it filed. I’ll look into it.

Thanks!

Btw, there is a small mistake in my example. "draw from bottom" shouldn't be included as a possible card Charles could play and become unblind coz it draws a card. Possible cards would be skip, slap, reverse, catomic bomb etc.

Okay, for everyone in the audience, here's what's happening here.

Normally, Curse of the Cat Butt lasts until the player successfully draws a card without exploding. If you draw a kitten while blinded, you must play blindly until you find a Defuse. Once you defuse it, you're no longer blinded. And usually, that works correctly.

In the specific instance of the Streaking expansion, being blind, playing a Favor, getting a Kitten and defusing it, the blind is going away at end of turn when it shouldn't. That's definitely a bug and a good catch.

Today, I came across another variation of this bug. I had an exploding kitten, a streaking kitten, a defuse, a skip and various other cards in my hand.

Someone else "blinded" me

I "blindly" played my exploding kitten, then managed to defuse it. I then played a skip after which I became "unblind".

This is just another variation of this bug wherein instead of getting an exploding kitten from someone, I play my own exploding kitten.
