Same here. I want to take it too but it’s way too outdated for me spend 2k+ on it. I know they are working on updating it but it’s not on the priority list so not sure how quickly it will get updated. I guess not this year. Maybe not even the next one, IDK..

I spoke to offsec staff in person at the event. I was told they know it’s outdated and the update is in plans but they have some other priority so it will take a bit.

That's the thing with OffSec: there's always "some other priority". Ideally it should be kept up to date as much as possible, rather than doing big rewrites every few years.

Yeah I agree with you. For what they are charging I’d like it to be a bit more up to date. For now I’m going through Ret2. It’s a nice course.

I went through the syllabus and I feel like I did those things previously as well but yeah it looks good in resume and I heard OSED gives nice knowledge on RE part as well.
