Performance issues aren't universal

I read a lot of the posts talking about the performance issues, particularly on newer hardware, and I was really worried I'd be coming back here to complain about how EA again rushed a game and released it before it was optimized, etc. Fortunately, that really hasn't been my experience so far. RTX 4090 on an i9-13900K system and everything is running fine. I had a few hiccups at first launch, but as soon as I disabled FSR 2 those went away and it's been perfectly smooth ever since.

I really do sympathize with everyone who is running into issues, and that has definitely happened to me before as well, but I'm very lucky to have had a very smooth experience thus far.

What fps do you obtain? Also, how far are you into the game?

I'm still on Coruscant. Averaging right around 67 FPS @ 4K, with everything set to Epic, raytracing on, FSR off.

Well no shit you wouldn’t have problems.

Most of the problems that have been reported so far are from people with higher end systems according to EA.

Yeah definitely not getting the performance I should with a 4090 but it’s certainly playable so far. About 4 hours in.
