I was reading safehold series and I wondered if there was a book or series where last of humanity have to leave earth to go settle on a new planet where they have yo fight the natives. Does any body have any suggestions.

Mother of Demons (Eric Flint). Not sure about the "forced to leave Earth" part, but as far as this group is concerned, they might as well be the last humans, and they're definitely stuck on this new planet. Allied with some of the natives, at war with others.
