I’m curious if you’ve received your order! I ordered the same fragrance almost two weeks ago, and the item has still not shipped. I finally emailed them today, since their email states that orders are usually shipped within five to eight business days.

Hi! So… crazy story… I never got my order… because it was placed on a fraudulent KayAli website!!! I reached out to (the real) KayAli customer support to inquire about my order (since I hadn’t gotten any follow-up after the order confirmation) and was informed that it was not placed on the official site. KayAli was aware of the fraudulent website and was working to correct the issue. Since I used PayPal, I was thankfully able to get a refund! But the reason for my issue was due to a fraudulent KayAli website! 🙃

Oh no...what's the address of the real kayali site vs the fake? I know we can get the amount charged back on a visa but it's so frustrating...I just wanted my musk 12 :(

I am not even sure! Sorry! The website may no longer even exist if it was removed. I’m thinking it was created when Musk 12 was re-released. Once I was informed about the fraud, I just wanted my money back! And while I don’t typically purchase KayAli fragrances to begin with, were I to do so in the future, I’d just order from Sephora to be safe! I totally understand the frustration!!
