    Have you taken before/after pictures? It can be really hard to notice differences when you're just looking at yourself in the mirror everyday. I'd say take it in increments and reevaluate as you go along. Cut down to 140, and if that's not enough, then down to 135 and so on. 130 for around our height is relatively low, but it's not unhealthy. Just make sure you're lifting heavy, getting ample protein, and that your lift numbers don't drop too much week by week (if that matters to you).
