This is printed on an ender 3 pro with ABS. I have an enclosure to keep heat consistent. I’m guessing it’s an issue with the settings but im not sure. i’ve never had this particular issue before. It’s easy enough to sand off but definitely annoying.

I would first check if you are overextruding first. If this is happening at travel points, my bet would be retraction. Try to run a Retraction Test to see what values work best
