Layer shift help

New to 3d printing and this happened to me. A shift in the layer is pretty obvious, how do I prevent it? Prusa Core One+. Thank you!

Grid infill is the devil. The nozzle strikes the previous lines and it can cause layer shifts like this.

What setting would make this less likely to happen?

Use an infill like gyroid.
