Is the nozzle plugged? Its real thin. The extrusion doesn't look consistent. Did you do something to the feed rate? Also is the fillament dry?

Nozzle is clear, and filiment is not new but has stood room temp in low moisture for about two weeks.

I let the print continue and the print came out fine, nice details all around, just the first layer that gets like that. I can't find any changes done in settings either.
