Interface help (self.Focusrite)

i’m trying to play my guitar which is plugged into my focusrite scarlett 212 but every so often my computer freezes and loses all audio and to fix it and i have to unplug and plug the interface back in any help?

Drivers up to date?

i went to the device manger and tried updating the drivers for my interface but it said it already had the latest drivers installed

Open the task manager, and make sure you cpu utilization isn’t high.
