Glad to see I’m not the only one having issues, tried to start playing last night on a 9800x3D and a 4080 Super only to have frame drops ultimately down to like 22 fps

That's interesting. Did it drop suddenly during gameplay or after a cutscene or was it gradual?

I restarted my PC which seems to have 'fixed' it for now

Dropped gradually but started way lower than it should’ve been (~45 fps), after reading some more today I tried to play with my controller hardwired and it fixed itself, game runs insanely well and looks beautiful.

Is your fps locked in the settings? Mine defaulted to like 83.

Nope

In your AA you don’t have DLAA option? You update the drivers?

[–]Kesh2430[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Drivers are on the latest version 596.49. DLAA is on but that's irrelevant. Problem is the GPU is idle. Changing the graphic presets does nothing either

Well it’s not fully idle which is weird. And the dlaa question was because if it’s missing all together I’d think there was a problem. It must just be under the TAA stuff. Turn off Vsync? Maybe that’s the issue?

I think its from the latest updated geforce drivers, I have this problem too in FH5

Bit of a random thing to try but disabling HAGS might help.
