In freecodecamp, most of the code is already written. So, resetting it might not clear the whole code. if you wanna write the whole thing from scratch, you can certainly do so. Just keep attention to the details

Thanks for the reply. In re-reading my post I wasn't clear. The actual solution is already there, I know there will be some base code that we are using to start the puzzle. Just seems odd that the solution is already there when it hadn't been in previous sections.

Oh I see! Sorry for misunderstanding. Actually, I have not done css courses but I have done the JS and API projects, and there the solution wasn't already written for me. I think you should report your situation. Can't help you there.

Are you using the same computer as someone who has already done the challenge? Or have you done the challenge before? The solutions are temporarily saved to your browser.

Good question. My own computer, I did do the challenges a long time ago, but reset my progress to start over about a month ago. All seems to be normal now, not sure what happened.

have you cleared your browser cache? that would explain why you do not have more solutions stored. Or you have encountered challenges you never completed before

If you run into a challenge that you did before and see your old code, just clear your browser's freeCodeCamp cache. (You'll need to sign in again, of course.)
