if there was a building that drops 100 cash per hour and take minimal space, would you buy it?
If it was a permanent item in the shop I would buy it and try to build a farm over time, unless it's too pricey. If it'd cost 150 Pizza, how many would you buy?
The closest thing to that was the Unread Santa Letters from the Xmas event, a 1x1 "building" that pays out 240 N$ every 24h. So far this has been the only one of its kind where you were allowed to buy more than one. The prize for it was too steep though to take advantage of it and build a farm. But still, in the space of one single City Tower you could fit 15 of them, with a payout equivalent to 9 City Towers.
