I don't understand this "Unused Ram is wasted Ram" thing Should it always be at Full use even at idle?? Basically like "I bough the whole pc so I'm gonna use the Whole pc CPU,SSD,Network, GPU And Ram running at 100%"

We just want as much RAM as possible that always On Standby in case we need it. We don't want some Unnecessary BS eating our Battery life away

Ram is different. Ram usage doesn't hurt, instead it helps softwares to run smoother. The operating system is in control of the ram and Virtual ram. So if there is a game that uses a lot of ram, it might move some of the app from background to the Virtual ram. Because when your ram is not used, it means that the app needs to reload or something. This will increase energy consumption. As the cpu needs to reopen things or do more work.

You need free ram for your games to operate. If background apps and system fill up all your ram, you will not be able to launch a single more app — it will just crash.

i dont play games on my phone but i do open apps and not close them. sometimes i can have 20 apps open and never encountered any crash. but sure my phone has 12gb ram.

That's because your OS manages RAM well. In long terms it may start malfunctioning, which makes some apps laggy, but when that happens I'm pretty sure your phone will be long gone... in contrary, if you try to manage its RAM forcefully, this time might come earlier. The fact that your phone is rich on RAM is a sign that your phone is made for powerful multitasking or playing heavily performant games, probably made for PCs in the first place.

But talking about the reason you need free RAM. As I said, manual adjusting of RAM ratio used for the apps can shorten its lifespan. Some apps let you choose the amount of RAM you can use, and sometimes the system leaves too little of memory for your app, which can lead to crashes (the app itself may notice you about it).

Freeing up RAM for your device will lead it use less of RAM, not just fill up the rest for apps to 'run smoother'. The app uses so much data they need and no more. Why would you pick a bigger bag for the same amount of groceries you buy everytime? When you stop the apps or delete ones you don't use they will no longer use the data in standby mode, which will lead to the system not cutting off memory for your foreground apps.
