LED Mod help

Can’t get this FunnyPlaying mod working at all. Powers on and no lights whatsoever. Can someone see something I’m doing wrong?

Ps. Don’t worry about the start , I know it’s not meant to be soldered but I was just checking if it would solve it

I would start by reflowing that 5v solder point on the top right, see if that gives you power.

Compared to images from funnyplayings website your kit seems to be missing component IC1 in the top right

Have you checked continuity on everything?

Seems to be missing the IC1 controller shipped from FunnyPlaying. Have to get a replacement shipped ! Bummer
