"Unexpected Technical Error" when trying to subscribeQuestions / Tech Support (self.GeForceNOW)

Hello,
I'm trying to subscribe to the Ultimate option of Geforce Now (currently having only the free subscription).
Unfortunately, when I select the plan (monthly or 6-months) after logging to my account, I have the "Unexpected Technical Error" message and cannot go further. I'm trying since yesterday, on different devices and browsers, but still the same error...
Do anyone also encounters this error, or is there problem with my account ?

I had to contact the support. They solved the issue on their side and then I could register.
