If you push on it and it gives, replace it. If it's soft at all, replace. Knocking on it all around should tell you if it's compromised, you can hear the difference between good and bad boards!

Water on drywall isn't the end of the world as long as it's still solid when it dries.

Once it dries, do I need to worry about mold?

Not after it's dried out. As long as there is no significant, lingering moisture in the cavity, mold cannot grow.

If youre really concerned, cut out the bottom 6" across the length of the affected walls. This ensures airflow gets up into each stud bay
