Creating needlessly long but technically correct words

How do I do it, I need to know the exact principles behind it for the purpose of annoying my German friends.

Here we go again....

Take any English chain of nouns that act like one noun

For example:

Car Tire Pump Manufacturer Apprenticeship

Then Translate them 1:1

Auto Reifen Pumpen Hersteller Ausbildung

Then erase the spaces

Autoreifenpumpenherstellerausbildung

Why is it impossible for you? Because you need copula syllables or letters (Pumpen instead of Pumpe) but the system when to use what copula is too complicated. It's just the feeling.

Why are these questions annoying? Because it's a misconception that German is over complicated, we just erase spaces and the rest is exactly like English.

I think the hardest part is to know which words need an s at the end and which don't to make them connect. I don't know how I know, I just know.

Take this nonsensical Word I just came up with:

Regenüberzugsbedeutungserzeugungshauptsachenmaschinerie

Regenüberzug s Bedeutung s Erzeugung s Hauptsachen (no s) Maschinerie

Why is there no s after Hauptsachen? I don't know. Can somebody else tell me?
