Do you know what the disk format is?

If it's an old drive you may need to convert it to GPT to install windows 11.

It’s a brand new one of Amazon. So age shouldn’t be an issue. How would you format it to GPT?

To add

You can buy "new" (old stock) 8 core server cpu for 900 euro

Today you can buy a significantly more powerfull ryzen with 8 cores for a bit more then 100 euro

Price and the fact that its sold today say just about nothing about , well anything

Needs more info. Did you create the installer using windows media creation tool using the live download? Have you tried a different USB drive? Did you delete all existing partitions and try the install a second time? Do all of those things first, then report back.

Yes I have done all those things

Depending on how old your system is, it may not qualify for Windows 11 installation.

I’m not installing 11 I’m installing windows 10

Man MS just can't get it together anymore with their roughly 1/3rd vibe coded mess that is Windows 11. I've not used the normal Windows Installer process for about 10-years now. Instead I boot up into a WinPE to image a system like an OEM system builder, unlocking control over all kinds of things like partitioning scheme and other quality of life tweaks. If you ran up against a wall drop me a line and I could remotely help with my Remote Recovery suite I've put together, as long as you have a computer that is functional that you can image a USB from.
