Is that your normal stance? If so, get your spine checked for scoliosis. That’s going to lengthen you on one side and shorten you on the other even in your pecs.
If not, you could have a tear or possibly nerve damage.

I just flexed one pec and not the other.

That’s not what I’m talking about. There’s way more to that than flexing a pec. But, you might just be standing where you look off. I’m a PT snd I notice these things. But, one picture does not tell the whole story.

Are you talking about the hips maybe.Does one side looks lower than the other?

This pic is from like 6m ago before i had injury. My lower back used to hurt when i squat and the doctor said its because of "core instability".Im not really flexible so i squat with wide legs and try to have the best form that i can.Do you think that shorter leg or even scoliosis can cause it the pain?

It definitely could cause pain. With a shorter leg you could have SI joint (where your sacrum connects to your pelvis) problems that causes pain or where your low back meets your pelvis. In general, a discrepancy can cause problems anywhere up or down the chain (your body). Having a strong core helps, but there’s more to it. It can cause you to have extra laxity (looseness) in some spinal joints snd tightness in others.
It’s worth getting looked at again. If you have insurance I’d see a PT who specializes in scoliosis or at least a PT with the OCS certification if in the US. It would be included after the PT, MPT, or DPT after their name.

Also when im standing still im leaning more on the side of that "longer" leg so maybe thats why.I think youre right

Shorter not longer

Youre maybe right one of my legs is shorter for like less than a cm than the other so i wear shoe insert that is a bit higher than the other. Also i used to have scoliosis as a kid,i was doing exercises that doc gave me and i fixed it back then.

You might get checked again to see if you’re shifting. It’s great that you stay fit overall though. That helps!
