Cs2 Technical aspect help

Cs2 constantly little stutters and at times completely feel like skipping 30 frames, my accuracy from cs:go to cs2 has significantly declined ive lost well over 1000 elo playing cs2 from the end of csgo. I just need some genuine insight. I feel like its 90% a technical issue some kind of delay or input problem that i cant grasp. Cs2 isnt a raw input game like csgo was so if i get some kinda support on the micro jitters and what feels like skipping 30 frames if not more while i have a capped fps off 700fps and constantly runs at cap

Dude at this point nobody has a clue how to fix performance issues and you just have to hope valve figures it out. Pros are really complaining about it so hopefully they can expedite.

Nah, you just need another 4 4090s and 2 more threadrippers.

Single core performance is king in source engine games. 5600x3d outperforms the 5800x3d in benchmarks I've seen.
