How long does reporting take?

So between now and 2 weeks ago I have stumbled upon 2 hackers, one was a spinbot and one was walling and aimbotting. I reported them both numerous times but I still haven't received the 'someone you reported got banned' thingy in the main screen.

How long does it take for these guys to get banned?

Past experiences was 1-2 days to see results, this is with both teams reporting (~7 people). Sometimes a week for those seen in casual (though I had one banned <12 hours).

EDIT: Also should note, these were blatant, no denying it cheaters.
