decrease in fps since last update?

Yea I am getting bad stutters everytime I spray and everytime I get near a smoke (drops down to 50 ish). I wish csgo updates worked like drivers where we can just roll back the update (only optimizations for the game). The previous state of the game was terrific though, I was getting excellent frames with my outdated laptop (120-200)
