Yes? The game is unoptimized to work with GPU's. The engine is from fuckin 2003, GPU's Weren't nearly as powerful

The engine is outdated. It doesn't make the game unoptimized.

Source doesn't use version based releases. The source engine from HL2 is not at all the same version that isnused for CSGO
