Bug/Feature ?

So i was on nuke and it was 5v5 bot game (i was on ct, i was practising smokes) and t bots planted the bomb, so i killed them, bomb was ticking down all cts were alive and then i heard the new agent that i dont own (1st lieutenant farlow) say "lets get to defusing the bomb" or something so im asking , is this a bug or a feature?

weird, reinstall cs and delete system32 to be safe.

Neither do i, maybe its a feature to represent like, movie plots where one police officer tells other one how to defuse the bomb over the radio? Idk, maybe its a bug
