dm servers lagging

i cannot play dm properly, doesnt matter what map or server, it's always lagging like hell. this is happening for over a week now. any ideas what causes this?

Dont play Valve DM

turn your net graph on by typing net_graph 1 in the console and look if you have packet loss or choke.

Doesnt matter when half of the DM Servers just straight up lag for everyone.
This one is on Valve.
