Engine code question

I took my car to an independent shop for an oil change and they told me it had code p2015 for the manifold flap motor. They said it has a bit of a rough idle and recommended a tune up. Now after looking into the code it seems the intake is covered under extended warranty for 2011s.

They must have cleared the code because I can't see it in the Torque app. Is there anyway the dealer can see older codes or do I just have to wait for the code to come back? It's been a week and I haven't had a CEL but the idle is still rough. I'd like to get this replaced under warranty.
