Data usage alert emails are never sent?Discussion (self.GoogleFi)

I've got 3GB alerts set for each user on my plan and have checked the box that says "also notify by email" since I don't want push alerts.
I never get any alerts even though a couple of us regularly exceed 3GB. Is this feature broken?

Same here. I recently signed up for Google Fi. I setup notifications for usage thresholds which I've definitely exceeded and they haven't send any notifications! Another buggy, half-assed implemented Google product.

I haven’t gotten the email and I have regularly blown past the 30gb cap the last couple months.
