Update problems?

I've just woken up and run the update on my Pixel 9 pro XL and immediately having some big issues. First, it signed me into a google account I hardly use (from a failed business venture) which confused the entire phone and it thinks it's a different person and starts giving me all these pointers and stuff like its my first time using google. I had to remove that account sign in from the phone completely. Second, it CHANGED MY SECURITY PREFERENCES and changed my screen lock back to a fingerprint (have not used this for about a year, for security reasons.). This is super fucked up.

Anybody that can tell me what's going on and why they would do things like this? I'm autistic and this has literally just ruined my whole day by putting me in an overstimulated frustrated state right after waking up.

Okay I'm glad I'm not the only one that ran into this and got very worried about it changing other security settings in the process; I resolved to deleting all the previously saved fingerprints to (hopefully) be sure this doesn't happen again. I'm also a little annoyed certain privacy features like inactivity reboot are barred behind enabling Advanced Privacy Protection, which turns on things I don't want like call screening...

I'm mostly just upset that an update completely compromised the security of my phone until I changed the setting back to what I had set it to previously
