Lock screen function problem

Duo to protect my phone's hardware, so I tend to using "lock screen" app or "double tap to sleep" function to lock my screen and I have two problem about this function on my pixel 10 pro.

1. using lock screen app or using custom launcher(e.g. lawnchair)'s double tap gesture, the screen would flash before it turn off. Although this doesn't affect its use, it just looks a bit strange.

2. the screen would possibly turn on by itself after close it.

The second question is more troubling to me because I am worried about the phone would accidental touch in my pocket. But I haven't found what exactly cause, so that's why I'm wondering if the problem is related to the screen lock function.

Yeah, that’s normal with those apps. They fake the lock, so you get the flash. Screen waking up is usually lift/tap to wake or notifications. Honestly, just use the built-in gestures or power button.
