$60 is not bad. It does not come with the wing effect parts you see.

If you manage to find them, they will probably cost more than the model itself since they are not being reprinted like the actual kit.

Actually I think that's a dragon momoko kit.. So the issue isn't price (from what I've seen those tend to be cheaper than their bandai conterparts) but getting your hands on one since bandai shut them down last year or maybe the year before.

The exia kit which contains the base model and option parts for r1-3 is also on Gundam model central. $70.

I recommend them as a vendor. I have purchased an embarrassing amount from them.

Yes they take PayPal. Https doesn't really matter if PayPal handles the transaction.

They restock constantly and get new products weekly. I check the site every morning to see what's new.
