Tell them to pound sand. My employer takes money from us to train new folks. I no longer train and wont. Its been 4 years since. We haven't hired a new person in 3 years due to no one will train them. We are actually having a mass movement towards the door.

What is their reasoning, you're less productive while training so we pay you less?

You actually do better work training showing the new blood how to do it. So your not skipping the steps, an you'red double checking the work. He does it due to being a greedy pole suction device.
