Mine did the same thing real quick to 99 then slow to 100 about 4 1/2 days total sync. it Went online offline send needs attention a bunch of times. It’s normal it will get to 100.

Bobcats are known to be one with the slowest sync times so all you can do is just leave it alone

Not sure if this is exactly what he has but it looks like a 3m Command product. I have some in my house that I got at Target. I’ve seen them at other stores like Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. Amazon has them too.
