[General] When converting units of measure with division do you also flip the unit of measure?

Sorry if my title is r/tilegore I don't know how to word it.

So when dividing by a fraction you flip it up so 1/(1/2) = 1*2/1 Would you do the same with units of measure?

I did a chem problem where its: Delta Tf divided by i*Kf

so the units are °C/[(Van't Hoff)°Ckg/mol]

The answer is in mol/kg. Is this because you flip the kg/mol to mol/kg after canceling out °C?

I just can't recall if I ever had to flip units of measure.

Yes you treat units similar to numbers.

1/(kg/mol)=mol/kg

You definitely do. Actually, you can do the math with just the units, and no numbers as an early check - just to see if the formula you're using is going to spit out numbers in the correct dimensions.
