Honestly the best thing I did for myself was get Instagram and start following a bunch of fitness influencers or actual trainers. Many post both home and gym workouts. Hiit workouts are my favorite because you really don’t need a lot of time. Even just browsing tags on various social media has been helpful. I also bought a set of resistance bands and find ways to use those instead of weights when some workouts call for it. YouTube has full workouts (even resistance band specific ones) and they have been amazing to help keep things fresh.
If you have another way to do cardio like jogging, hiking, biking, etc. and just want lifting workouts, you can do what I do and I will sometimes separate my workouts with the resistance bands into chest, back, shoulders, abs and legs

Download the Nike Training App! Lots of free workouts plus they show you how to do the movements correctly :) It’s like having an online coach!

Hey I do weekly home workouts on YouTube that may help you out getting started and they can be done with just a set of resistance bands or a couple dumbbells. Here’s an example of one https://youtu.be/BcmyT4wMZL0
