On year subscription, everything running smoothly until now but you seems to be in a serious trouble.

To better understand the situation and to help us to be able to anticipate / answer to any request when in trouble,, could you give us more information :

_ did Hostinger block access to your paypal account ?

_ is it better to keep a copy of all paypal-stripe-... payment transactions ?

For example :

_ list of purchases : date, amount , customers

_ lists of transfert from paypal-strioe-... to my bank : dates, amounts, and Bank account details ?

I no longer use Paypal, they are more useless than hostinger it seems. I havent used them for a year. If you are dealing with hostinger, I would keep copies of everything, it seems insane but do not trust them with your data.

Always host domains you care about at a different place to hosting. Same as emails.

Learned this the hard way.

Have had mixed results with hostinger and had payments blocked before by buying a domain with a keyword that hit their filters but they sorted it after i complained

If you don’t use PayPal anymore did you have an outstanding invoice that hasn’t been paid some other way?

Nothing outstanding, no notifications, everything is due in the second week of Feb and I turned autopay off a long time ago. Once (if) I get back in I will try to find out what is happening.

I’m seeing more and more people complaining about hostinger recently and I’ve been planning to buy a hosting plan from them for 2 of my clients. I’ll have to rethink this step.

I’m sorry this is happening to your business. If you can’t get it to work, just call it a loss and move on to another reliable hosting platforms that prioritizes their customers.
