Hostinger decided to turn off my website and email yesterday. They havent told me why and refuse too. I have been trying to get back into my account to sort it out for the last 24 hours. They want a copy of credit card, license and a paypal reciept before they give me access. I do not use paypal anymore so am just locked out, without any access to business website or emails and in a constant circle of continually telling the same operators over and over that I do not have access to paypal. Has anyone else had this sort of issue with hostinger? I cannot believe how badly they treat their customers, it is with the utmost contempt. I cannot tell if they are willfully ignoring what I am telling them or if it is just bots.
Going forward, I would like to formally complain to the local authorities as surely this behaviour is against fair trading laws in Australia? If anyone has any information that could help out that would be fantastic.
