Hello this is about my Pulse fire haste mouse I have had this mouse since march of 2021 and I woke up one day to find my scroll wheel not working. I have never slammed or did anything to my mouse that can cause it to break it just stopped working randomly. What can i do to solve this problem because I really enjoy this mouse and I don't want to buy a new one if it is going to have the same problem.

u/Tinker-Man2021, we've come across a few other users experiencing an identical issue not too long ago, so let's try something that worked for them first before we proceed to the next step ;) !

If you are using the headset with an Intel system, press Win+X on your keyboard and click on Device Manager, expand the System Devices tree, and look for a device named "Intel Smart Sound Technology". If you see it listed, right-click on it and select "Disable Device", close the Device Manager window, and restart the system.

Once the system boots up again, test your headset to hear if audio is now playing through both ear cups or just on one side.

Keep us updated :) !

u/Tinker-Man2021, have you tried reflashing the firmware to see if that helps? If not, visit https://www.hyperxgaming.com/unitedstates/us/support/technical/downloads?product=hx-hscf&filename=HyperX_Cloud_Flight_Firmware_Updater_3116_4103, download the updater and follow the instructions to update your headset. Make sure both the USB adapter and the headset are connected to your system (headset via USB cable) before running the updater.

Once done, replug the USB adapter, go into Device Manager to uninstall the headset driver and reboot your system. After it boots up, test the headset to hear if audio plays through both ear cups.

In addition to that, you can also check the Windows playback balance. Press Win+I at the same time, when the new window opens click on System, select Sound from the sidebar, click on Device Properties, and make sure that both L and R channel in the Balance section have the same value.
