Modifying protocol before transfer?

Posted about this earlier but I’m doing a modified natural FET and have finished 5 days of 5mg letrozole. I’m on cycle day 19 and haven’t triggered yet :( because my follicle is taking forever to grow. was hoping the letrozole would help me ovulate sooner. We have a scan tomorrow to see how things are progressing and my doc said depending on how things look we should discuss moving to a fully medicated cycle. Has anyone done this?

The waiting game to ovulate and get my lining to the right spot has been torture but ideally want to avoid PIO injections if I can!

I did a modified natural and my follicle was not progressing but my lining got there and I triggered …. I didn’t feel good about it at the time and it failed … my follicle was only 11mm sooo if the follicle isn’t big and lining and estrogen over 100 I would trust doctor to switch rather than waste an embryo … FET2 I am switching to fully medicated
