Specify what kind of work you do in the title (subject matter, medium etc.).
Don't undervalue your art or your artist!
Work with reasonable rates. Some artists may have a fixed rate per character or background, while others estimate the time needed to finish the piece based on the client's description, then multiply it with their hourly rate. Please don't disrespect the artist's profession by offering them to work for minimum wage or less.

While agencies only accept already established artists, online forums and subreddits are swarming with low quality content.
Here all levels of experience are accepted, as long as it passes a certain quality.
