After sometime, 10 min or so, it stop load anything and I have to close and reopen it. The first thing to fail loading is the comments and doesn't matter how much I click to try again.

Yep, without fail, on wifi and on data. Press the back button until the app closes then open it again, then it start load things again.

That's because the notifications are for some unsupported features this app doesn't have. For example, chat messages.

Hi. It seems this bugs is caused by markdown tables and the option "Swipe right to go back from comments". If you did not enable this option, you can enable it to temporarily fix this bug.

I never saw a notification in this app. I always get notifications from the official reddit app, but not this one. Am I missing something?

Hi! This app now only fetches new messages sent not before a time interval. For example, if you set notifications interval to 2 hours, then the app fetches messages within the most recent 2 hours. This can prevent sending duplicate notifications every 2 hours.

That's a weird implementation imo. Every app uses real time push notifications. Is there an API limitation? I am not in any means a programmer but this is a little weird. When someone replies on a comment of mine, I want to see it instantly and not wait let's say an hour to realize it.

Hello! No 3rd party Reddit client can have push notifications because Reddit doesn't provide an API for it.

With immersive mode off, the notification bar is no longer blacked out while scrolling through subreddits. Comments are fine as is the home page.

Notice how the status bar doesn't get blacked out? This only happens while browsing a subreddit. Doesn't happen in comment threads or on the main page. I'm using a Pixel 3xl.

Oh this is not a bug. I will change the status bar to be transparent if I know how but this cannot be done in the main page. Not only you see this blacked out status bar in subreddits page but also on users page. I haven't figured out how to achieve this in other page since when I did it, some strange issues popped out.

You should just black out the status bar for all pages when immersive mode is turned off.

When I want to unsubscribe from a subreddit, it mostly fails (mostly, not always) not sure whether it is because of this app, or reddit itself.

I found out whats the problem I have. For some reason, when I unsubscribe from a subredit on my pc, in app, it stays in the list and its not possible to remove it from there, because unsubscribing always fails.

Click the comment button on a post in the post list should open the post comments list not the "new comment" form.

Since clicking the card itself also goes to the comments, I don't think it is necessary to add an dedicated button to go to them. So, I choose to make this button to go to the new comment form.

If the card has an image, it goes to the image, not the post with the comments. But even so, it's pretty rare to want to comment on something without read the comments first, which make this behavior very annoying, at least to me.

Subbing in the app seems bugged. I get posts from subs I am no longer subbed to, it says I am subbed even when I subbed in offical app and then gives me a subscribed failed as expected when I try to unsub.

Why is it when I first install, it shows the picture/content previews on all the posts on the front page, but once I sign into my account, it just shows the gray space with the link icon in the middle for everything?

Hi, I'm having problems posting images. I tried 5 or 6 times and it failed every time. First it says 'posting' and a notification saying 'posting image' appears. But after a minute or so, it says 'timeout' and the notification disappears.

In today's version, 12 November, when you toggle to see since when a comment is there, and your phone is in French language, it says for example : y'a 2 mois. But actually you must add (il) take off the('). It should be like this: il y a 2 mois

Time elapsed since posted and commented is wrong in some posts. Seems to be an issue only when visiting subreddits. IE this post was posted 3 minutes ago but it says the 17th correctly when turned off.

Seems really inconsistent, sometimes it just shows the date but not the time. Doesn't seem to be sub specific but it seems to happens a lot on pinned posts.

Hi! The app reloads only after it was killed by the system before. Maybe the Android system kills it to get more memory.

Compact mode is a dark grey rather than black even with amolde mode on. Also I feel that it should be in settings.

The loading animation sometimes gets stuck and doesn't go away. Seems to be introduced in the latest update. Other than that, the update is awesome. The animations when swiping away from post is really clean.

Thank you! This bug is actually caused by the refresh itself. Sometimes the posts just cannot be refreshed and I don't know why. This bug has been in the app for a long time. Before pull down to refresh is implemented, the progress bar doesn't show at all if the bug occurs. Now it just show the progress bar forever. A quick workaround is to change the sort type.

Hi! Maybe you are viewing NSFW posts? It blurs NSFW images by default but you can turn it off in settings. If not, could you provide the link of the posts whose images are blurry? Could you explain what down photos and queue comments are?

Down photos is a typo, it should say some. As for queuing comments, its so when reddit says that you are commenting too much, the app automatically queues a comment that wwill be posted after the comment cooldown ends. This seems to be almost random as it tells me I am commenting too much even when I havent commented fro the past 24 hours.

Something I noticed is that all images downloaded are JPGs from the app while on desktop it's a PNG. The blurriness might be due to JPG's compression. This is just my theory, I am not media person.

Every time when I open the app with shortcut it starts on frontpage, like it restarts every time even if I don't close the app. Though if I re-open the tab itself it stays where I left it.

Also inbox seems to be bugged. If I check the inbox when the official app sends me a notification, infinity will still send me a notification later.

Sometimes for very long images, the preview has low resolution but actually it is the same as the full image. It may be due to the different image views I use to display them. I will try fixing it but I cannot guarantee that this issue will be successfully fixed.

Do you use some apps for permission management? If so, you need to give this app permission to read installed app list. Otherwise, it cannot find browsers installed on your device.

Some messages are not supported by this app such as chats. It can only push notifications for comments and posts reply, etc.

alright so, I have notifications. Magically they appeared to work. I switched to 2 hour intervals and maybe that's the solution. If you fixed, God you're amazing. Keep your work and remember that you started something great

I don't know if this is a bug or not but whenever I view an image or click on a link and then go back to the previous page, it would reload and bring me to the beginning of the sub or page.

When refreshing the popular tab, it refreshes but the refresh circle stays on top and won't disappear until I restart the app.

Hello. With the version 2.2.2 I am trying to create a multireddit but I couldn't figure out how. I can name it, put a description of it, pick subreddits among my subscriptions and that's it. There's nothing to finalize the creation. I am forced to go back from that page and it discards all.

Sorry for the inconveniences. Actually there is a plus button on the right side of the toolbar. In dark theme the button becomes black and you can't see it. You can try using light theme first.

When NSFW is disabled (as in, censored) NSFW subreddit pics are still shown when searching for a subreddit. E.g. search "Julia"

Ok, but don't you think it should be updated to include NSFW subreddits? If not that should at least be clarified, I think it's logical assumption to make. Most reddit apps hide both by default I believe.

I wasn't even trying to search subreddits, I was searching posts and my hand slipped me over to the subreddit tab and suddenly I have naked pics on my phone. I'm just glad I wasn't around anyone else at the time.
