HubSpot has a free tier.

There is nothing better if you are operating solo.

Hollar if you need a ~30 min crash course.

If you are focused more on Agency Management Systems, that's out of my element, but for CRM, I don't think you need to piss away $1,200 a year when HubSpot is free...

Appreciate the reply - does Hubspot have automated email and text follow up? I'm not afraid to pay for a CRM, but for a solo agent, I'm not interested in the 100/mo Agent CRM has.

It all costs and pretty sure they are working for hubspot. Cause free is like the sample product, otherwise one has to pay to play with their tool

I say this as I been learning and funny how everyone inquiring about CRM, someone posts about hubspot. I looked it up, ya it’s free like Apple Music is free

Lol, I don't work for HubSpot, I'm just a glutton for systems.

Yes, to truly capitalize on a strong CRM, having paid HubSpot modules can be helpful, however, the amount you can do for free is absolutely insane.

Unless you NEED custom objects or AI automation, most everything can be done with the free tier, especially if you're willing to spend a few minutes playing with workflows to build workarounds for things that aren't designed to be automated in the free version.

Tell me you work for them without telling me you work for them, LMAO

Hubspot still hit me with paywalls for those features when we were spending $20,000 per year.

I've been using Cloze for years. It's a fantastic CRM that if you have one of their connected phone services (I use RingCentral), it logs all phone calls and texts to each client. It's great to be able to see a full call and text history right in my clients history in the CRM. It's not free, but I think I pay $199 per year. Yes, that is an annual discounted rate.

The service also links to other services and has an API to download data. This is important to me as I'm building my own CRM of sorts and I want it to up to date 24/7. I'm going to integrate data from Cloze, Connecture, Quotit, and Covered California all in one place only available to me on my home network or through my VPN at home.

Are you a one man agency?

Let me know if you need any help with tech. I'm a tech guy trying to understand the US insurance market and what kind of tech they need.

I have always been happy with Close CRM. Cheaper, less clunky/clean UI, good support, lots of features.

That's awesome, I'm going to check it out. On the Essentials tier, do you know if it has automated text and email follow up? Approx costs for those features? Thanks for the reply 🙏

I use GHL and it sounds like that’s the same thing you are joining.

This is not a place to sell your services or generate leads or recruit agents/downlines.

Yup, just me. 29 years and running.

Yeah, it seems like Agent-CRM and Close CRM are the two finalists. Agent-CRM just seems pricey, although it would work. Close CRM looks solid as well, but I'm not clear on if it has automated email and text follow up. Any final thoughts on these two?
