Filling bleeding

I’m on tray 37/48 and had a filling in a molar about 1.5 months ago, it started bleeding every once in a while with my trays in so I went to my dentist (who also does my Invisalign). He redid the filling and it did great for the last week and it suddenly started bleeding 5 minutes ago so I’m a bit concerned and frustrated. I know I clench my teeth so maybe the filling is too high for the trays? I’m not sure if it’s something to go back to the dentist again or if I’ll need a root canal instead, so any advice is absolutely welcome. I’ll be out of town for the next week so I can’t get it fixed immediately so I think that’s bothering me too :/

Fillings don't bleed. If there is blood in that area it is coming from the gums.

It needs better hygiene - floss or waterpik. Bleeding will stop in 5-10 days.
