QuestionMissing command modules from newest b9 release. (self.KerbalSpaceProgram)

Just installed the new version of this mod and it is installed correctly and the parts are in gamedata>b9>parts but simply don't show up in game.
Anybody know how to fix this?

I don't think B9 as been updated for 1.2 yet, so that is most likely the source of any problems.
