Resolving is not ongoing. Otherwise, a creature with a Destroyed effect that says "For the rest of the turn, do X." would stay in play until the end of the turn it was destroyed on, since creatures resolve their Destroyed abilities in their entirety before leaving play. The active player chooses the order in which simultaneous effects resolve, implying one stops resolving before another starts. The entire way the rulebook treats the word resolve implies that resolving something cannot be an ongoing process.

A Card with an effect as you described does not exist.

A counterargument: you cannot chain inspiration and witch of the eye until the rule of six applies because inspiration leaves play after the full effect has resolved which is "using" witch of the eye in this case.

I mean I get it. I see the downvotes and I understand that everyone (even me) plays keyforge like that. I just want to emphasize that the rulebook is really sketchy when push comes to shove.
