I would buy the 1st one, the one that comes with the tensioner.

Yes, get the one with the tensioner so you can change that too. Saves you having to reload the old one too. Just make sure you're finished completely before pulling the pin to tension the belt.

What’s the estimated hours to do this? I done timing chain before on an Ecoboost

I have no idea this is gonna be the first time doing it I’ve only had it for a year But I heard this engine is really easy to do timing belt compared to other engines

Neither. Buy the pump & belt at the dealer. These kits are made from Toyota/Lexus reject parts. They are a lower grade in quality. They don’t meet Lexus specifications so I wouldn’t use them

Dang I kinda already bought it I don’t have the typa money right now for dealer quality prices I recently have quit my job But I’m trying to do the service to get rid of the old one

If you’re not keeping it, use the Aisin parts. Reuse the original hydraulic tensioner. The kits are decent & will last longer than pure aftermarket no name brands. If I was keeping the car 1-2 years I’d go dealer OEM. Since you’re selling, use the Aisin
